Painting questions

New to painting your pal? Acrylic paint and a basic primer coat work great on the resin surface. We're happy to share tips if you're stuck.

Returns & exchanges

Since every pal is made to order, we can't accept returns for "changed my mind," but if something is genuinely wrong with your order (damaged, wrong item, etc.), we'll make it right — refund or replacement.
