Processing time

Every Chroma Pal is printed to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships — this isn't a stock item sitting on a shelf, it's made specifically for you.

Shipping regions and times

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 8–16 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs delays and carrier disruptions can occasionally push delivery times further out.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard shipping is the slowest option, so please allow the full 8–16 business day window. Orders over $40 ship free.

Customs & import fees

Depending on where you live, your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
